By placing an order through anoushtogo.com, you agree to the following terms.

ORDERS & PAYMENT
- All orders require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
- Payment is collected at the time of order via credit card.
- Prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if we are unable to fulfill them, in which case a full refund will be issued.

MENU & AVAILABILITY
- Menu items and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- Seasonal packages are available for limited periods and may sell out.
- In the rare event that a specific ingredient is unavailable, we may substitute with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
- Please see our Refund Policy for cancellation and modification details.
- All changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

DELIVERY
- Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, fees, and timing.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

ALLERGIES & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
- Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and eggs.
- While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies in the special instructions field when placing your order.

- Anoush ToGo, operated by Anoush Catering Company, offers a text messaging program for order updates, delivery tracking, reminders and occasional offers.
- By opting in (checking the consent box at checkout, texting JOIN to (866) 403-8489, or otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts) you agree to receive recurring automated transactional and marketing text messages from Anoush Catering Company (Anoush ToGo) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies (for example, several messages around an order or delivery). Message and data rates may apply.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
